Problem
Users are not able to listen to songs when there is no network like in some various places as hilly areas, some very small villages, forest areas or any unknown places usually we won't get internet or it will keep buffering for some time. Users wanted to listen to their favorite songs at their favorite place without getting disturbed or buffering. This means in the zero network area also they wanted to listen to songs.
Solution :)
Create an app that has the downloading facility and download your favorite songs and store them in folders or playlists by create playlist option. Now listen to your favorite songs whenever you want. The app should pull other songs too from various resources like WhatsApp, Android, Recordings or Downloading etc.. Some users have hobby of customize Equalizer settings good to have these settings in the mobile application.
The Design Thinking Process
Now I have taken this problem from the user's perspective and started desk research and taken some user interviews then got some idea about their pain points and all so I came up with some ideas. Then I have done a prototype of my ideas & taken that to users for their valuable feedback and did some iteration and then hands-on development.
